Extruded Charge Air Hoses
Hoses and Hose Lines for Charge Air
Charge air hose for temperature application range of up to 210°C. Sustained temperature with knit reinforcement (series). Hoses for temperatures > 235°C and pressure of up to 350° kPa are currently under development.
We manufacture extruded charge air hoses specifically for different media and temperatures in the most diverse car applications (see table) - for example, between the engine and the intercooler as well as between the intercooler and the throttle body.
We also offer these hoses with optional protection from thermal and/or mechanical influences or in noise-controlled versions.
Short and Ultra-Flexible Fabric Reinforced Molded Hoses are increasingly in demand to face up to ever more complex space requirements, i.e. compact components designed to operate under ever higher pressure, temperature and dynamic load levels.
