Molded Hoses with Fabric Reinforcement

Hoses and Hose Lines for Charge Air

A true highlight are our molded hoses with fabric reinforcement.

With our manufacturing techniques, we are able to realize the following advantages:

  • minimum tolerances at connection points
  • complex geometrical configurations
  • flexibility adjustable to suit application
  • integrated multiple utility (quick positioning marking, etc.)

Depending on the materials selected, these hoses operate under temperatures of between -50°C and 260°C, and a pressure of -100 kPa to 500 kPa (overpressure).

The high performance of this hose type accounts for its increasing success in the passenger car sector, where knitted charge air hoses, nonetheless, still predominate. Ongoing development, e.g. integration of partially flexible zones, have made even conventional knit charge air hoses increasingly flexible.
