China's largest manufacturer of automobile interiors, Yanfeng Visteon (YFV), has nominated Benecke Changshun Auto Trim as the supplier with the best service. This is the first time the prize has been awarded. The award recognizes the company's exemplary cooperation with YFV – both during product development and the subsequent series production.
Since the beginning of 2007, a highly-qualified member of the Benecke Changshun Auto Trim Service staff has provided on-site support at YFV's Shanghai plant. Being so close to the customer has paid off: Benecke Changshun Auto Trim customer advisors now also provide assistance at the YFV subsidiary companies in the cities of Ningbo, Chanchun and Wuhan.
Leon Zhang (2nd row, 5th from left), Deputy General Manager of Benecke Changshun Auto Trim, received the prize at the suppliers conference of Yanfeng Visteon.
